Our garden rooms are designed for comfort and energy efficiency, with quality insulation built into the walls, roofs and floors and uPVC double glazed windows and doors as standard.

Standard Ceiling and Wall Insulation

Our standard wall construction consists of (starting from the outer layer):

Cedar Cladding
2x1 cross battened
Breathable membrane
11mm OSB board
4x2 timber Battens with a 50mm insulation in between
Then the plaster board inner layer

Super Quilt SF19 Insulation

We offer the option of an added layer of Super Quilt SF19 Insulation for additional winter comfort.

An additional layer of floor insulation is provided as an optional extra.
